Guest Services is where you go to
resolve any onboard problems you may have. This includes issues with
your stateroom, billing, packages,
mobility, insurance, medical, etc. See the Voom desk for wifi
or app
questions. See the Shore Excursion
desk for any problems there. The Guest Service Desk is open 24
hours a day and is located on deck 5
in the Royal Promenade across from the pub.
