seat is a window seat.

one cuisine for your table ahead of time — American, Italian, Asian, or
seafood. Each pre-fixe menu
offers
a pleasing choice of entrees and shareable appetizers — all
served family-style along with a signature
cocktail.

Highlights
- The American menu
lays out comforting classics like crispy fried onion rings, coconut
shrimp, Cajun
chicken breast, BBQ meatloaf and peach
cobbler.
- The Asian menu
offers an eclectic selection, such as chicken satay, vegetable rice, Korean-style grilled
short ribs, chicken cashew, and sweet donuts.
- The Italian Menu
delivers well-known rustic delicacies, including bruschetta, meatballs
with polenta,
cavatappi sugo rossa,
rigatoni all’amatriciana and tiramisu.
- The Seafood Menu
includes fresh and sumptuous faves like fried
calamari, garlic mussels, shrimp
alfredo, baked salmon and a Meyer lemon tarte.

Choose one cuisine
for your table — American, Italian, Asian, or
Seafood. Select your cuisine preference by visiting
any dining venue once onboard.
- The prix fixe menu
for each cuisine selection presents a variety of appetizers, entrees, and
desserts
served family-style, plus a signature cocktail
for each guest.
Important
details and advisements
- Reservations are
required for this experience. 24-hour notice is required to avoid a
cancellation fee.
- Once onboard, visit
any dining venue to inform us of your cuisine choice — American, Italian,
Asian,
or Seafood prix fixe menu.
- Please note that on
Night 1 of sailing, only the Seafood menu will be available. All four menu
options
will be available for all other nights.
- Celebration Table
is a full venue buyout with a maximum of 14 seats offered at a flat rate.
There are
no exceptions for parties larger than 14, and
no discounts for smaller parties.
- Beverage packages
can be used to order drinks during this experience.
- Guests must be of
legal drinking age to consume alcohol during this experience. Mocktails
are
available upon request.
- Please inform us of
any allergens or dietary restrictions a day before your reservation by
visiting
the venue once onboard.
- Menus are subject
to change.
